Pack Expo from September 11-13! At this year’s show, we’ll be bringing some of our most popular packaging and processing equipment and some new additions to our line-up. We’ll also be right next to our partners at
Countec where we’ll both have live demos, videos, and equipment displays for you to see live and in person.
At this year’s show we’ll have a large selection of equipment from a variety of our global partners, and we’re excited to share them with you! Below is a list of just some of what we’ll have at Pack Expo Las Vegas - click on the links to access more detailed information about the equipment.
- Kruger & Salecker FFW400 Fruit Snack Molding Machine - new to this year’s show, and one of our latest product offerings, the FFW molds fruit snacks into any shape and size you can imagine!
- Countec DMC-60T - extremely precise tablet counting device with the ability to count up to 6,000 tablets per minute!
- Countec CT-CG-120 - desiccant inserter with outputs up to 120/bottles per minute, working with a variety of bottle sizes.
- FlexPack NF-140 - one of our most popular machines at the show, the NF-140 is a horizontal form-fill-seal machine that produces up to 200 pouches/minute.
- Enclony Planet 6G - super high-speed tablet and capsule visual inspection machine using 10 interdependent 2D cameras to examine tablets at a rate of 350,000/hour and capsules at a rate of 150,000/hour.
- CEIA THS/PH21N - high sensitivity metal detector used to discover and discard products containing metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) and stainless steel.
- Cora Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valves - these pharmaceutical-grade butterfly valves control the flow of dry bulk materials. We’ll have the CV (slender profile for weight and space savings) the RV (multi-vane, oscillating disc for regulating discharge rates) and the CORA Crusher (separates lumped powders and oversized materials).
- Key Equipment - KG-5 (benchtop mixer), TD-101 (tablet deduster), CP-350-WD (capsule polisher), HT300 (hardness tester) and FT-400 (friability tester).
