We’re Headed to the Music City for the 2024 SOCMA Show!

Key International is gearing up for the 2024 SOCMA Show in Nashville, February 19-21. We’ll be exhibiting at the JW Marriott in the heart of Tennessee for what’s set to be the beginning of an exciting trade show season. You can find us at booth #711.

This year’s show will unlock new ideas and innovations from some of the finest manufacturers in the specialty chemicals industry, and we cannot wait to connect with leading experts, buyers, and suppliers. This year’s show is the perfect opportunity to showcase some of our favorite pieces from our CORA Valve line of equipment.

Check out what we’ll be bringing along!

CORA Crusher - The CORA Crusher certainly lives up to its name. Engineered to separate lumped powders and oversized materials, the CORA Crusher offers several features that validate its effectiveness in your production line. Its modular and compact design creates a simpler solution to perform as a pre-breaker prior to a sieve or mill, as well as a breaker for lumps as they discharge from a vacuum dryer. In addition to offering a throughput range of 1,650 pounds to 6,500 pounds per hour, the Crusher is also FDA- and USDA-compliant, suitable for CIP and SIP, and is easy to detach, disassemble, and thoroughly clean.

Available in sizes from 4 to 12 inches and built from 316L stainless steel, the Crusher makes the manual separation of lumped powders a distant memory.

CORA Model CV Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valves - Specifically designed to meet even the most stringent FDA and USDA sanitary requirements, our CORA CV Valve is a reliable partner for intercepting the flow of powders and granulates of chemical, pharmaceutical and food-grade powders. Its lightweight and slender profile makes space-saving a key advantage, with available sizes ranging from 3 all the way to 16 inches. The CV Valve comes equipped with a lever and position locking pin or has an option for a pneumatic actuator with a 90-degree double-acting or spring-return.

Our multitude of offerings for body configurations also allow for easy interfacing with your specific equipment connections, and its 316L stainless steel structure tackles durability to a T.
