The Key International team is ready to roll for this year’s INTERPHEX show in New York City, April 16-18. We’ll be exhibiting at the Javits Center in beautiful Manhattan at booth #2145. We have some of our finest pieces of equipment for the pharmaceutical industry to explore at the show, and we’ll also be providing live demonstrations of some of them.

Countec DMC-4C - The DMC-4C combines quality and advanced functionality. This automatic tablet/capsule counter can count up to 1,500 - 2,500 tablets/minute. The counter fills bottles with 100 percent accuracy and is equipped with user-friendly features, such as tablet shutter time check, dark and light time control, self-compensating vibrator control, and sequential shutter closing speed.
Sejong P130S - The P130S Tablet Press is efficient for R&D and clinical testing and features a mechanical feeder for convenient, reliable outputs. It features automatic weight control with a maximum output of 24,300 tablets/hour. It is also fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Enclony PLANET 6GP-TC - The 6GP-TC is a state-of-the-art, automatic tablet and capsule inspection machine equipped with ten interdependent 2D cameras and two additional 3D cameras for maximum accuracy. With the capacity to inspect up to 350,000 tablets/hour and 150,000 capsules/hour, customers receive seamless, jam-free sorting. Along with its user-friendly HMI control system and ergonomic design, the 6GP-TC can inspect any shape/size/color tablet or capsule.
Sejong iW-120 Checkweigher - Sejong Checkweighers utilize the latest technology to accurately measure the weight of capsules. The iW-120 features an ergonomic design with HMI touchscreen system and removable change parts for simplified maintenance. This piece has a maximum output speed of 120,000 capsules/hour and is cGMP- and 21 CFR Part11-compliant.
